Here are some tips to help you have a happy renting experience.

Home Renting Tips

  • Keep your utility bills down by changing heater filters on a regular basis.

  • Check your smoke detectors monthly.

  • Check for any leaks under the sinks.

  • Use your garbage disposer responsibly. It is designed for small food scraps not large amounts of food, coffee grounds, bones, eggshells and other non-food items.

  • Do not deposit grease or oil in sinks.

  • Do not deposit trash in toilets. Q-tips and floss can build up and cause blockage.

  • Reduce exposure to pests by keeping the premises clean and free of open food items.

You may file your maintenance issues on line at our resident access portal.
We also offer the opportunity to pay your rent electronically.
